**Location:** 3300 McMinnville Hwy, Sparta Tn 38583 **Schedule:** Onsite: Monday–Friday, with overtime as needed **Recommended Hours**: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm or as needed. **Reports to:** Plant Manager **Status:** Exempt Jackson Kayak is seeking an experienced Shipping \& Receiving Manager to lead shipping for Jackson Kayak, Eddyline Kayaks, and contract products. This role also provides oversight and support for Werner Paddles shipping. We ship products in a wide range of shapes and sizes, from small parcels to large kayaks and truckload shipments. The manager must keep orders moving, choose cost\-effective shipping methods, coordinate carriers, and lead a team of up to six employees. This is a hands\-on role in a busy operation where priorities can change quickly. We are also launching direct\-to\-consumer (DTC) shipping.
