This position will work closely with other staff across academic support areas. The Specialist will focus on different responsibilities depending on the needs of the specific area they support. Primary responsibilities include overseeing administrative tasks related to the Tutor Management System (Trac Cloud), maintaining data integrity, coordinating with the system’s vendor, IT, and OCC's Strategic Initiatives and Effectiveness division; and generating reports to support institutional dashboards and decision\-making processes.
