**Position Overview** Respect Adult Day Health Care Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide clinical oversight, assessments, and support to adults and seniors in a structured community setting. This is a stable daytime nursing role focused on preventive care, wellness, and participant engagement. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct initial and ongoing nursing assessments * Develop and update care plans per MA ADH guidelines * Document all clinical notes accurately and on time * Monitor participant health changes and intervene as needed * Coordinate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary staff * Provide supervision to LPNs/CNAs **Qualifications** * Active Massachusetts RN license * CPR/First Aid * Experience in geriatrics, long\-term care, or community care preferred * Strong assessment and documentation skills **Regulatory Compliance** This position adheres to Massachusetts EOHHS Adult Day Health standards (130 CMR 404\), including CORI background checks, TB/medical clearance, HIPAA compliance, and completion of all required annual training. Pay: $30\.00 \- $65\.00 per hour Work Location: In person
