**Development Coordinator** **Pay Rate:** Salary –Full Time \- $48,000 to $52,000 depending on experience **Status:** Salaried Exempt Employee **Reports To:** Director of Development **Location:** Noblesville, Indiana **Benefits:** Health, vision, dental and life insurance, 401(k), paid time off and professional development opportunities **About the Boys \& Girls Club of Noblesville:** For 75 years, the Boys \& Girls Club of Noblesville has provided local kids with a safe place to learn, grow, build relationships and have fun. Today, BGCN serves more than 2,200 youth ages 5 to 18 each year through after school programs, summer programs, youth sports, Camp Crosser and other opportunities focused on Academic Success, Healthy \& Active Lifestyles, Good Character \& Citizenship, and Life \& Workforce Readiness.
