**HOSPICE RN CASE MANAGER NEEDED** **WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week. Tuesday \- Friday 10 hours per day or Monday \- Friday 8 hours per day. This position requires travel in your personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement.
