**Job Overview** ---------------- The Operations Supervisor provides supervision to a team of administrative support. The supervisor is responsible for coaching, mentoring, modeling best practices, scheduling, managing Paid Time Off (PTO) and day\-to\-day performance for direct reports. The supervisor is responsible for monthly audits/scorecards and communicating as appropriate. Additional Information Department Name: North Campus Patient Access Job Status: Full time, 40 hours per week. Shift: Day/Evening/Night will vary based on business need\- 24/7 department.
