**Assistant General Manager \- experience with children REQUIRED.** *Do what you love, love what you do!* KidStrong is looking for an energetic, motivated Assistant General Manager (AGM) who is passionate about working with children and ready to grow as a leader. This is a hands\-on leadership position that combines team management, sales, customer service, center operations, and coaching. Our AGM works closely with the General Manager to grow the center, develop the coaching team, create an exceptional experience for families, and achieve membership and operational goals. This is not a traditional desk\-based management position. The AGM leads from the front and is expected to get on the floor and coach approximately 10–15 KidStrong classes per week for children from walking age through 11 years old. Previous professional experience working with children is required. **Work Schedule** This is a full\-time position with the following regular schedule: * **Tuesday**: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM * **Wednesday**: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM * **Thursday:** 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM * **Friday:** 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM * **Sunday:** 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Candidates should be able to consistently work this schedule.
