Major Function: Responsible for managing and supervising the General, Accounts Payable and Cost Accounting Units within the Finance Department. Essentials Functions: 1\. Supervises the full accounting cycle of the operations including: * Accounts Payable * Payroll * Taxes * General Ledger * Cost Accounting 2\. Leads and audits the month and year end closing as well as the financial statements. 3\. Leads the internal and external audit process. 4\. Performs cost analysis and provides financial guidance to other departments. Additional Responsibilities: · Provides assistance to manufacturing identifying cost out opportunities to maximize operation’s profit. · Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor, and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting. · Advise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company’s finances. · Available to perform other tasks as assigned or requested.
