POSITION PURPOSE The Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing initiatives across multiple channels. They coordinate campaigns, create and schedule content, manage project timelines, assist with events and promotions, maintain marketing systems and materials, track results, and work with internal departments and outside vendors to make sure projects are completed accurately and on time. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Marketing Campaign Execution * Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns based on established marketing strategies, creative direction, and organizational priorities, including product promotions, brand awareness initiatives, and community campaigns. * Implement advertising campaigns across digital, traditional, and emerging media channels, including Google Ads, email marketing, radio, print, and other paid media opportunities. * Coordinate campaign timelines, content releases, advertising placements, approvals, and deliverables to ensure initiatives are completed accurately and on schedule. * Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement, reach, conversions, and overall effectiveness.
