**Company Description** **Job Description** **JOB SUMMARY:** Oversees the detailing operations of assigned projects in conjunction with the project manager and project teams as necessary. Manages customer projects through various departments and provides on\-going communication and support with internal and external clients to meet the objectives of the organization. Actively and positively support the overall culture of the organization. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:** * Review all contract documents for determination of the scope material, including coordination with the sales department on turn over process. * Coordinate the incorporation of shop and erection drawings. * Process RFIs, including writing, reviewing, modifying, confirming legitimacy, and communicating with customers. * Responsible for reviewing shop and erection drawings prior to distribution and constantly communicating the importance of maintaining the schedule. * Responsible for coordinating with production control for drawing log/load list. * Create and maintain the load list for every project assigned and work with detailers of any shop questions and/or missing fabrication files. * Evaluate field problems and furnish...
