#### **Full Time** ##### **Job Summary** Retail Pharmacy Supervisor fills prescriptions for employees, patients, and providers. Ordering, storage, and inventory of medications is managed by the retail pharmacist. The Retail Pharmacy Supervisor will manage the support staff of the Retail Pharmacy. ##### **Minimum Qualifications** Education Graduate of an ACPE\-accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy degree. Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred. Experience 2 years hospital retail pharmacy experience required, PGY1 or PGY2 residency preferred Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registrations Currently licensed to practice pharmacy in the state of Alabama. Equipment, Tools, Work Aids Must be able to operate computer, telephone, and related pharmaceutical equipment. Must be able to read, write legibly, speak, and comprehend English. Specialized Knowledge and Skills Must be familiar with organizational policies, and pharmacy operation standards and requirements. Must exhibit a high degree of initiative, resourcefulness, ingenuity, and ability to apply leadership skills to complete assignments and tasks.
