**Responsibilities:*** The social media coordinator’s primary role will be responsible for planning, managing, and achieving the goals set by the Marksmen for their social media platforms. The role will include scheduling, posting, and interacting online with graphics, gifs, strong vocabulary and a positive demeanor. * This role will work closely with the content department and team leadership to identify social media goals, maintain a strong adherence to brand guidelines, and create a fun, family\-friendly, fan\-centered digital culture for fans. * Assist in the planning, management, and execution of the Marksmen marketing plan and strategy. These strategies include the ability to drive revenue via ticket and merchandise sales and the ability to continue conversations in the digital space. * Be proactive in establishing and maintaining Marksmen email campaigns with the oversight of team leadership. * Brainstorm and create various pieces of content for social media, our website, and Marksmen games, as well as ads for traditional/digital marketing, radio copy, etc * Assist with the ideation and creation of graphic items for the team’s home gameday production.
