**Job Overview** Accounting Advisory Consultant MUST\-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS * 3–7 years of relevant professional experience in accounting, audit, technical accounting, or accounting advisory. * Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge and hands\-on experience applying accounting standards. * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Experience researching and analyzing complex accounting and financial reporting issues. * Experience preparing technical accounting memos, accounting analyses, or position papers. * Strong understanding of financial reporting requirements. * Ability to communicate accounting conclusions and recommendations clearly to clients and internal stakeholders. * Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a client\-facing consulting environment.
