Job Summary Exquisite Pool \& Spa is seeking an experienced CDL Driver with grading and site preparation experience to join our pool construction team. This position is responsible for transporting equipment and materials to job sites, operating grading equipment, and assisting with excavation, site preparation, and construction activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong safety record, experience operating heavy equipment, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced outdoor environment. Key Responsibilities * Safely operate company trucks and trailers requiring a CDL license * Transport excavation and grading equipment, materials, and supplies to and from job sites * Perform grading, site preparation, and earthmoving activities for residential and commercial pool construction projects * Operate heavy equipment including skid steers, mini excavators, loaders, and grading equipment * Assist with excavation, backfilling, compaction, and final grading * Conduct daily vehicle and equipment inspections and report maintenance needs * Secure loads and comply with all DOT regulations and company safety policies * Read site plans, grade stakes, and project layouts as needed ...
