Description: **About the Role** QSL Management is looking for a Property Accountant to join our Home Office finance team. You'll own the monthly financial review and close cycle for multiple senior living communities across the Southeast, in a fast\-paced, collaborative environment. The work covers financial reviews, accruals and reclasses, invoice review and GL coding, vendor statement reconciliation, resident move\-out refunds, employee expense reimbursements, and credit card program reviews. You'll be a go\-to resource for our community leaders, and you'll help keep our numbers accurate, timely, and well\-supported. **What You Will Do** * Analyze monthly financial results and investigate significant variances against budget and prior periods * Research and resolve discrepancies in general ledger balances * Review and submit accrual and reclass entries for assigned properties * Review invoices for multiple locations to confirm proper GL coding before approval * Reconcile vendor statements and accounts for multiple properties, identify statement issues, and contact vendors for missing information * Support the company purchasing platform * Assist with vendor setup and preferred pa...
