**Overview** The Corporate Operations Manager serves as a hands\-on extension of the corporate leadership team, providing operational support across multiple practice locations. The role assists with implementing company policies, procedures, and initiatives, monitoring operational performance, improving processes, and promoting consistency across the organization. The position works closely with Practice Managers and corporate departments, including finance, accounting, human resources, information technology, and eCW support, to address operational needs and advance company\-wide priorities. Responsibilities also include supporting manager and provider onboarding, coordinating cross\-location initiatives, assisting with financial analysis and accounting functions, and developing reporting and auditing tools to evaluate operational effectiveness.
