**Job Overview** As a Night Auditor, you’ll keep overnight hotel operations running smoothly while helping guests feel welcome and supported. You’ll manage front desk and guest services, complete the night audit, and review daily transactions using hospitality reservation systems and property management systems (PMS), such as PEP. Your attention to detail and calm customer service will help prepare the team for a seamless next day. **Responsibilities** * Welcome guests, manage check\-ins and check\-outs, and respond to requests with professional phone etiquette and clear phone communication. * Complete night audit tasks, reconcile transactions, review reports, and share accurate shift information with hotel management. * Use PEP or other hospitality reservation systems and PMS to update reservations, guest records, and account details. * Resolve guest concerns through customer service problem\-solving, thoughtful client communication, and strong guest relations. * Follow hotel emergency procedures and coordinate with the appropriate team members when overnight issues arise.
