At SOFTGAMES, we build games played by millions of players worldwide. We are looking for a Senior Game Designer (Systems & Economy) to help evolve our leading games. You will own the long-term evolution of one or two existing games with a loyal player base, balancing player satisfaction, engagement, and commercial performance.In this role, you will own the design and optimization of progression, economy, events, and monetization systems. Your mission is to continuously evolve these games by creating compelling short-, mid-, and long-term goals that keep players engaged for months and years while maximizing player satisfaction and business performance.*Qualified applicants will be expected to complete a design test.This is a remote position.Your Role:Design, balance, and optimize the game’s economy, progression, and reward systems.Create engaging player motivation loops across events, features, and monetization.Develop and maintain a cohesive ecosystem of LiveOps events, ensuring they work together rather than compete for player attention.Design systems that improve retention, engagement, and monetization while preserving a great player experience.Build and maintain economy models, ...
