Actual pay rate dependent upon experience.* $24\.00 \- $36\.50**Position Highlights** The Clinical Research Coordinator – Training develops, coordinates, and maintains training activities for all study types at the research location, including clinical trials, longitudinal studies, and community\-based research. This role designs and delivers standardized onboarding, role\-specific learning pathways, protocol\- and study\-specific training plans, and ongoing education to support staff readiness, regulatory compliance, and consistent research operations. Working closely with research leadership, study teams, regulatory and compliance teams, and external collaborators, the coordinator identifies training needs, maintains audit\-ready training documentation, supports competency assessment, and refines training processes based on feedback, quality outcomes, and evolving study requirements.
