**Job Overview** We are seeking a dynamic and detail\-oriented Bookkeeper \& Financial Analyst to join our team. This role The role splits roughly 60% bookkeeping and 40% financial analysis. You will play a vital part in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and contributing to strategic decision\-making processes. You will own day\-to\-day transaction processing, reconciliations and the monthly close. You will also build budgets, forecasts and management reports that explain what the numbers mean and what to do about them. This is a hybrid role that requires 3 days per week on site. **Duties** *Bookkeeping and accounting operations (about 60%)* * Record daily transactions in the general ledger, including sales, receipts, purchases and payments. * Manage accounts payable: process vendor invoices, match to purchase orders, schedule payments and keep vendor records current. * Manage accounts receivable: issue customer invoices, apply payments, follow up on overdue balances and maintain the aging report. * Reconcile bank, credit card and loan accounts monthly, and resolve discrepancies promptly. * Prepare journal entries for accruals, p...
