Operations Manager – Non\-Medical Homemaker \& Companion Agency Job Summary Gordon’s Professional Care Services LLC is seeking a dependable and motivated Part\-Time Operations Manager to assist with daily operations, caregiver coordination, client services, and agency growth. This is a hybrid position with local travel throughout Connecticut. Responsibilities Assist with daily agency operations and caregiver scheduling. Assist with caregiver hiring, onboarding, and staffing needs. Handle client inquiries, intake, follow\-up, and administrative records. Communicate with clients, families, and caregivers. Visit hospitals, nursing facilities, senior organizations, and community partners to build referral relationships. Meet with prospective clients and families to explain our services. Help bring in new private\-pay clients through outreach, networking, referrals, and follow\-up. Provide regular updates to the Owner/Administrator.
