Description: Job Title: Operations Supervisor \- Receiving/Laser\-Rework Dept Job type: Full Time, Onsite Pay rate: $80k\-$85K, Salary, Exempt Shift: 5:00am\-1:30pm, 1st, subject to change depending on company needs **JOB SUMMARY** The Operations Supervisor oversees daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, and quality\-driven performance. During harvest season, the position primarily oversees Receiving operations, including product flow, fumigation activities, receiving priorities, inventory, traceability, and staging. During the remainder of the year, the position primarily oversees Laser/Rework operations, including production goals, equipment, product quality, WIP, labor efficiency, and overall performance.
