Flowserve is seeking an experienced, hands\-on **On\-Site Project Manager** to lead aftermarket fulfillment operations at our high\-volume **Quick Response Repair Center (QRC)** in Rancho Dominguez, CA. In this role, you will be the operational anchor on the active shop floor, driving turnaround cycles for critical rotating machinery, heavy industrial pump teardowns, hydraulic rerates, and emergency overhauls. Serving key industrial clients across California’s energy, chemical, and power sectors, you will manage complex project lifecycles from initial teardown through final testing and dispatch.
