### **Regional Director of Facilities \& Construction – Central FL** **Location:** ChampionsGate / Central FL Hub (Statewide Travel) **Reports To:** VP of Compliance \& COO **Salary:** $90,000 – $115,000 #### **About Us** **SMART Management** supports **BridgePrep Academy**, a network of 25\+ K–12 charter schools across Florida providing student\-centered, bilingual education. #### **Position Overview** We are seeking a **Regional Director of Facilities \& Construction** based in Central Florida to serve as the operational anchor for school facilities, safety, and campus expansion. Reporting to VP of Compliance, you will manage external contractors, preventive maintenance, regulatory compliance, and site logistics with regular statewide travel. #### **Key Responsibilities** * **Capital \& Vendor Management:** Oversee major renovations, site test fits, contractor performance, and network\-wide vendor service agreements. * **Campus Operations:** Support campus principals with rapid maintenance resolution, preventive schedules, and work order tracking. * **Safety \& Compliance:** Maintain full compliance with local/state facility codes, life\-safety inspections, permits, and CO tracki...
