Step placement and rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.** ##### **Job Summary:** ##### **Our staff pharmacists are responsible for interpreting and evaluating provider orders for safe, rational, and cost effective drug therapy for patients at Bartlett Regional Hospital. Pharmacists are responsible for the accuracy of drug dispensing, monitoring of drug therapy, communicating with providers involved in the care of patients, participating in assuring adherence to BRH drug use policy, and providing pharmacotherapy education and information for** **physicians, nurses, and patients.
