This position is responsible for the full\-cycle accounting and financial reporting for a portfolio of approximately 10–15 multifamily residential properties across multiple ownership groups. The Senior Property Accountant will prepare accurate monthly financial statements, perform reconciliations, assist with budgeting and forecasting, support external audits, and partner closely with Property Managers and Operations leadership to provide financial insight and ensure sound financial management.
