Our project teams work closely with clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and our in\-house cabinet shop to deliver thoughtful, well\-executed homes. Position Details * **Reports to:** Director of Operations * **Location:** Napa, CA, with regular jobsite visits and occasional travel to East Bay projects * **Employment type:** Full\-time, salaried (exempt) * **Pay range:** $75,000–$90,000 annually, depending on experience Position Summary The Project Engineer is the technical backbone of our project teams. Working with Project Managers and Superintendents, this role reviews scopes and bids, resolves design questions, reviews submittals and shop drawings, prices changes, and helps keep schedules and budgets on track — managing multiple projects and priorities while supporting the team in delivering high\-quality custom homes.
