**The group you’ll be a part of** --------------------------------- The Customer Support Business Group focuses on enabling our customers with premier customer support throughout their lifecycle with Lam. We drive performance, productivity, safety, and quality of customers installed base performance and deliver service and lifecycle solutions for their most critical equipment and processes. **What you’ll do** ------------------ * Coordinate the shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of inventory items, including organizing and labeling inventory locations. * Provide timely response on inventory request and collaborate with engineering team and logistics teams for procurement activities * Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation, including tracking stock levels, movements, and adjustments. * Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to identify discrepancies and ensure inventory accuracy **Who we’re looking for** ------------------------- * Minimum of 4 \- 6 years of related experience. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OneDrive) * Experience in ERP and ordering platforms (SAP, Appian, QuickBase, and Ariba pr...
