Job Description: The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading and optimizing warehouse operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and accurate movement, storage, and distribution of materials and finished goods. This role oversees inventory management, receiving, storage, order fulfillment, shipping, and logistics activities while driving operational excellence, safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Warehouse Supervisor provides both strategic and hands\-on leadership, ensuring high levels of customer service, inventory accuracy, productivity, and cost efficiency. This position plays a critical role in supporting business objectives through effective warehouse management, team development, and cross\-functional collaboration.
