Manager, TMPM Process \& Risk Operations Lead Are you an expert at deconstructing complex "tribal knowledge" into elegant, scalable systems? The Talent Management Performance Management Operational Excellence (TMPM OE) team is seeking a Process Strategist to move our talent and performance management operations from institutional memory, manually\-heavy processes to institutional excellence. You will be the primary bridge between operational intent and execution, ensuring our processes are so clearly defined that they serve as the foundational blueprints for our Product Partners and process automation. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Knowledge Externalization:** Audit current "institutional knowledge" across the team to create high\-fidelity process maps and logic trees. Ensure these processes are understandable by non\-experts, specifically Product Partners and Product Ops. * **Systematic Optimization:** Proactively identify friction points in the existing processes.
