Description: The Department Lead will serve as a resource and work closely with the Materials Supervisor and other team managers to achieve department goals related to productivity, quality, delivery, and safety. The Department Lead will help train employees and assist in directing the work of the department. This role plays a key part in driving operational efficiency, ensuring high\-quality output, and fostering a collaborative, positive work environment.
