The Business Operations Department at the university of Miami Rosenstiel School of Marine, Atmospheric and Earth Science has an exciting full time position for a Financial Analyst 1\. Specifically, the Financial Analyst will: * Develop, analyze and maintain various reports based upon current and historical data; review operating budgets to analyze trends affecting budget needs; conduct quarterly analyses of operating expenses; and provide year\-end projections. * Manage over fifty operational accounts (general, designated, restricted and/or plant accounts) and ensure they are being adequately monitored and reconciled; monitor, verify, and reconcile expenditure of budgeted funds.
