**Purpose** The Sr. Data Analyst, NAM Data \& Analytics (DNA) Business Insights is responsible for supporting adidas North America’s business functions as an expert on data topics, analytics, and technology. The role will be part of the team that drive and enhance the reporting and data visualization portfolio, dissecting and structuring a wide range of complex business problems, extracting and analysing data from a variety of sources, utilizing facts to derive conclusions, and packaging complex analytical findings into communications that are intended to inform and influence decision making through data. **Key Accountabilities** * Collaborate with and influence business partners to create or modify reports, dashboards, planning templates and other data and insights solutions to meet the needs of a dynamic business, with emphasis on action\-oriented data and analytics which facilitate and improve decision\-making * Continually seek out improvements through data and ensure our data platforms, tools, and solutions (e.g. reports, dashboards, forecasting templates) are standardized and utilize adidas’ best practices * Apply business knowledge to ensure data is accurate, valid, timely, ...
