Position Summary The Teamsters Joint Council No. 83 of Virginia Health \& Welfare and Pension Funds is seeking a Director of Finance to lead the financial operations of the Health \& Welfare and Pension Funds. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Finance is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting and financial planning, treasury and cash management, accounting operations, internal controls, audit and compliance activities, and financial analysis supporting management and the Board of Trustees. The Director leads the Finance Department, directly supervises the Accounting Manager, and provides overall oversight of accounting staff. This is a hands\-on leadership role requiring strong technical accounting skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage both day\-to\-day financial operations and broader financial priorities. **Work Schedule** This is a full\-time, in\-person position based at the Fund Office in Richmond, Virginia.
