The Senior Fiscal \& Business Analyst responsibilities include strict fiscal tracking, corresponding with internal stakeholders and strict compliance with USF/UMSA policies. In addition, this position will oversee the Children’s Research Institute (CRI) building. This position will be a hybrid position, requiring 2\-3 days in office weekly. This position requires a level II Background Check. **EBA Budgeting, Management and Oversight** **(30%)** * Facilitates the creation of necessary EBA accounts within the Department of Pediatrics. * Completes necessary paperwork and obtains relevant signatures. * Keeps detailed record of account purpose and approvals. * Performs monthly reconciliations of each account ensuring income and expense align with budgetary expectations – advises senior leadership of variances and investigate why they occurred. * Provides annual budget numbers to the relevant stakeholders both in Pediatrics and in MCOM central budgeting. * Keeps detailed track of all payroll to EBAs and advises others in the finance office which faculty are costed there, the corresponding percentages, and how this impacts their comp plan efforts. * Provides reports on effort and buy down...
