**About the Role** Soave Enterprises is seeking an experienced **Civil Engineer** to oversee and expedite commercial, residential, and mixed\-use land development projects from conception through completion in Brambleton, VA. This role is responsible for managing land development budgets, schedules, regulatory compliance, and working closely with municipal agencies, utility providers, and construction teams. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and support the design and execution of land development projects from concept through completion (entitlement, permitting, construction, and bond release). * Develop, monitor, and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, cost projections, and change orders. * Oversee site plan development, grading, stormwater management systems, and utility/infrastructure designs in coordination with the Construction Engineer. * Coordinate with internal teams, general contractors, land use attorneys, and Loudoun County staff to ensure compliance with development proffers and local regulations. * Prepare Requests for Proposals (RFPs), conduct competitive bidding, and evaluate contractor proposals. * Manage relationships with utility companies (water, sewer, el...
