Overview: Lutron is seeking an **eCommerce Specialist** to support our retail eCommerce business at Lutron's Global Headquarters in Coopersburg PA. In this role, you would be responsible for ensuring product content on stakeholder websites is complete, accurate, up to date, compliant and effective. This role helps create a consistent digital experience that makes it easier for customers to find, understand, compare, and confidently purchase Lutron products. You will work closely with internal teams like Marketing, Channel, Sales, Product Information Management and Retail.com stakeholders to identify content gaps, support new product launches, improve digital merchandising, and use data and insights to prioritize actions that strengthen online performance.
