**Assistant General Manager** **SUMMARY:** Assistant General Manager (AGM) partners with the Area General Manager to oversee all aspects of hotel operations, financial performance, and team development. This role provides day\-to\-day operational leadership across all departments, acts as General Manager in the GM’s absence, and is a critical member of the property’s executive team.
