**Position Summary**: The Construction Project Manager will plan, estimate and manage a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. This employee will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. This employee will be well versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and be able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. **Essential Job Functions** * Pre Construction Estimating * Estimate and bid new construction projects. * Review project specifications and drawings to determine scope of work and establish overall estimate requirements required for a complete scope of work. * Develop estimate content and perform quantity take offs * Maintain detailed files of take\-offs, pricing from subcontractors and suppliers * Request quotations from vendors, review quotes for accuracy * Negotiate and issue subcontract and supplier agreements * Obtain permits and licenses from the appropriate authorities. * Plan all construction operations and develop project schedules to meet project deadlines * Update and maintain project schedules * Issue subcontracts, ma...
