**Construction Assistant / On\-Site Project Site Admin** Looking for a dependable Project Site Admin / Construction Assistant to support the Project Manager on active job sites. This role starts at 6 AM, requires reliable attendance, willingness to travel, and the ability to work long hours when needed. **Responsibilities** * Track daily equipment and installation progress using spreadsheets. * Understand drawings/prints and navigate the building to verify areas, systems, and equipment (BMS, EPMS, etc.). * Identify work\-ready areas, constraints, and coordination needs with other trades. * Monitor materials/equipment needs and escalate issues to the PM. * Manage temporary labor: roster, attendance, time tracking, and daily assignments. * Support field operations by helping organize work plans and communicating priorities. * Complete safety forms (JHAs, daily checklists) and maintain strong safety compliance. **Qualifications** * Dependable, punctual, accountable; consistent 6 AM start. * Tech‑proficient, especially with spreadsheets and mobile tools. * Ability to read drawings and understand construction layouts. * Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation habits. * Exp...
