Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a **Project Management First Line Manager** to join our Commercial Modifications team in **Victorville, CA**. The MRO Scheduling, Planning \& Customer Prioritization Project Manager Reports to the Operations Site Leader and will work closely with: Production Control, Shops, Supply Chain, Engineering, Customer Account Management. Job Overview: The Project Manager is the front\-line owner of scheduling, work planning, and customer prioritization for assigned aircraft, components, or work packages moving through the MRO. This role translates customer commitments and shop capacity into a workable, day\-to\-day schedule — sequencing work, resolving conflicts between competing priorities, and keeping customers and internal stakeholders aligned on status, changes, and risks.
