The Business Area Manager reports directly to the Business Director or Vice President of the Capability “K” Team. The Business Area Manager is Quantech’s onsite leadership with management accountability for Tactical Execution for one large business area or multiple small business areas. The business area typically focuses on one geographic location. Responsibilities include: Business Development, Contract Performance \& Execution; Customer Relations; Financial Execution (Revenue, Profits, and Indirect Budgets); Team Employee Management and Relations (Recruitment, Performance, Recognition, Mentoring, Time \& Expense); Corporate Taskings; and Performance Metrics. **Responsibilities could include:** **Business Development (BD)** * Responsible for supporting the Director or VP in developing and implementing Tactical and Strategic Plans for Business Region or Business Area * Support the Development of Capture Plans and Bid\-No\-Bid for Specific Contract Opportunity * Customer Calls and Teaming Meetings to brief qualifications and assess opportunity and teaming structure * Support Director or VP to develop NDA and Teaming Agreements * Support Director or VP in attending Industry and Cust...
