**Position: OCM Consultant III\- 8127** **Position Type : W2 Contract – No Benefits** **Position Location: Houston, TX** **Description:** **OCM Practitioner** **Position Summary** Phillips 66 is seeking a hands\-on Organizational Change Management (OCM) Practitioner to support technology and business change initiatives. This role is designed for an execution\-focused “doer” who can translate strategic direction from OCM leadership, project leadership, and technical subject matter experts into practical plans, deliverables, and activities that help employees understand, prepare for, and adopt change. The OCM Practitioner will work closely with project teams, business stakeholders, technical SMEs, and impacted users.
