SRM is seeking a detail\-driven, collaborative Senior Project Engineer to help keep our construction projects running seamlessly. You’ll manage information flow, coordinate subcontractors, support site operations, and ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard while partnering closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure project success. **Job Duties \& Responsibilities** Keep the Project Organized* Lead the flow of project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and project records * Review RFIs and submittals for completeness, accuracy, and compliance before distribution * Maintain current project logs, identify overdue items, and proactively follow up to keep deadlines on track * Anticipate documentation needs and ensure project teams have timely access to accurate information * Maintain organized electronic and hard\-copy project records in accordance with company standards * Oversee project photo and video documentation for progress tracking, internal updates, and marketing Support Project Managers* Assist with the preparation, review, and tracking of subcontractor pricing for potential change orders * ...
