Within this system, the Pediatric Hematology/Oncology division provides the only comprehensive pediatric cancer and blood disorders program in New Mexico, offering a unique opportunity to support clinical, academic, research, and community\-facing work. The Clinical Research Supervisor coordinates, oversees, and quality\-controls the execution of federally regulated clinical research studies, including multi\-site pediatric oncology, hematology, hemophilia, and translational research trials. This position ensures full compliance with IRB/Human Research Review Committee (HRRC) requirements, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), federal/state regulations, institutional policies, and grant/contract parameters.
