Description

Responsible for the design, development, alteration, or modification of shelter drawings and structural systems as assigned. * Prepares a wide variety of detailed drawings for the shelter and structural design and is responsible for their accuracy. * Breaks down information obtained from the bid letter, customer specification, customer supplied drawings and electrical designer drawings to do shelter design. * Perform a variety of calculations following standard procedures. * Prepare work orders (detailed BOM) while drawings are in progress. * Works on projects of limited complexity composing of mainly single concrete shelters. * Assists other designers as needed. * Checks/Marks up team members drawings as required. * Renders technical assistance to factory personnel, sales staff or customers as needed. * Possible travel as needed. * Performs other assigned duties as required by management.
