**Pay:** $35\.00 \- $45\.00 per hour **Job description:** High volume, high\-end collision repair shop in Marin County seeks an experienced Business Manager. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to operate with deadlines are a must. The qualifying candidate should be hardworking, show leadership qualities, and have an eagerness to improve. Being detail oriented as well as the ability to multitask in a high\-pressure environment is essential. Compensation will be customized per candidate. * Accounting experience is a must * Automotive dealer or collision repair experience is a plus * A/R \& A/P experience * Post repair orders * CDK experience is a plus * Reynolds and Reynolds equivalent * Provide office support for management team as needed * Review and reconcile all accounting schedules, including, but not limited to, cash, credit card, accounts receivable, loan accrual prepayments, sublet, etc. * Responsible for completing the Accounting Month\-End Checklist prior to posting cutoff. * Ensure accounts receivable/sales records are maintained according to Company standards. * Maintain ledger of transactions subject to state and local use and sales taxes. * Reconcile bank s...
