**Part\-Time Self\-Storage Site Manager** YourWay Storage \| Columbia, SC \| $17/hour \| Part\-time **About the role** YourWay Storage is a growing self\-storage company looking for a dependable, hands\-on person to take care of our Columbia facility. You’ll be our eyes and ears on site, keeping the property clean, safe, and well maintained, and catching issues before they become problems. This role suits someone who likes working independently, takes pride in a well\-kept property, and wants steady part\-time income with a flexible schedule. **Schedule** * Approximately 20\-25 hours per week, 4–5 days per week, including weekends * Flexible hours between 9 AM and 8 PM. You choose your shifts within that window. **What a typical week looks like** * Walk the property, check gates, units, lighting, and grounds, and report anything that needs attention * Handle light maintenance and minor repairs * Keep up with weed control, trash, sweeping, and general curb appeal * Overlock delinquent units and remove locks according to company procedures * Coordinate with vendors (landscaping, pest control, repairs) and confirm the work gets done right * Send short updates to the management team, w...
