The Retail Stores Operations Manager is responsible for the operational and financial performance strategies of all Pendleton Woolen Mills stores. This position creates and enforces compliance with operational, customer service and safety policies and procedures. **What You’ll Do** Store Performance \& Financial Management * Partners with Director of Stores to achieve sales, margin and inventory plans by location and ensures Company strategic objectives are supported across all stores. * Responsible for financial results related to loss prevention, inventory shrink, store banking, store supplies expense and other related financial transactions from store activities. * This position carries company credit in order to purchase store and department related expenses and approves the purchase of the Operations Coordinator.
