The Marketing department is a vital component of The Minnesota Daily, mndaily.com and Gopher Life Magazine and is responsible for promoting the brands’ readership and engagement, events, brand management, and more. The Marketing Associate assists the Marketing Director in all internal and external promotion activities, including developing a strategic plan for the entire school year. **Responsibilities** -------------------- * Collaborate with the Marketing Director in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of projects * Monitor social and cultural trends to implement in the organization * Analyze metrics and analytics of digital platforms to improve and execute strategy * Create engaging and interesting campaigns that target our readership and audience at the University of Minnesota campus with the other Marketing Associates * Meet weekly with the other Marketing Associates to communicate about upcoming and ongoing projects * Assist the Sales Department in working with local businesses and university groups to...
